Ukraine's State Statistics Service has reported that Ukraine's GDP in the second quarter (Q2) of 2017 grew by 2.3% year-over-year against 2.4% mentioned in its earlier report for Q2 2017, published on August 14.
In keeping with the updated report, Ukraine in Q2 2017 saw a 0.6% increase from Q1 2017, which coincides with the August 14 report.
Ukraine's nominal GDP in the second quarter of 2017 was estimated at UAH 657 billion (US$25.1 billion), and GDP per capita was UAH 15,449 (US$589).

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine's GDP in Q1 2017 was 2.5% up year-over-year, but 0.3% down from Q4 2016.
Ukraine saw a 2.3% increase in GDP in 2016, GDP demonstrated growth for the first time in the past four years.
The National Bank of Ukraine projects a 1.6% increase in GDP in 2017.
The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund are more optimistic and forecast 2% growth in Ukraine in 2017.
