Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman claims the launch of the Energy Efficiency Fund operation, which will finance projects to reduce energy consumption next year, is only the beginning of a systemic reform aimed at increasing the level of energy efficiency across Ukraine.
"The State Energy Efficiency Fund will operate starting next year ... This is only the beginning of creating a system platform for introducing high-quality energy efficiency ... We will increase resources to make Ukraine energy efficient so that people see their homes warm and cosy, while paying a moderate price for [utility] services," he said.
