Ukraine goes four steps up in Global Competitiveness Index

The Index is a rank of the countries in the yearly Global Competitiveness Report published by the World Economic Forum, the Office wrote on Facebook.

The report assesses the ability of countries to provide high levels of prosperity to their citizens.
