The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) has allowed non-residents to lease state-owned property and liberalized the procedure for the submission of relevant documents, according to SPF First Deputy Head Dmytro Parfenenko.
"The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has registered an SPF order dated September 18, 2017, which gives non-residents the right to lease Ukrainian state-owned facilities. It will come into force soon, after publication in the government's official bulletin," Parfenenko wrote on Facebook.
In his words, the SPF's catalogue lists about 6,000 state-owned facilities for rent.
