PJSC International Investment Bank (IIB), the key owner of which is Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, posted UAH 78.364 million (US$2.9 million) in profit in January-September 2017, which was 2.5 times more than the figure reported over the same period a year ago, according to the bank's website.
Since the beginning of the year, its assets have grown by 1.3%, to UAH 6.978 billion ($259.8 million), liabilities have increased by 0.1%, to UAH 6.692 billion ($249.1 million), while net worth has expanded to UAH 286.4 million ($10.7 million), the report said.
