Gazprom sends 1.5 bcm of natural gas to Russian-occupied Donbas – Q3 report

In particular, its section covering gas supplies to the CIS member states mentions that 1.575 bcm was supplied to Ukraine, while Ukraine's NJSC Naftogaz ceased gas purchases from Gazprom way back in November 2015.

Since November 2015, Naftogaz has not bought gas from Gazprom and switched to purchases from Europe. Prior to that, Russia had begun suppling gas to Donbas "on the basis of appeals from the gas structures of the self-proclaimed [Donbas] republics."

Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller announced at a press conference in Moscow on June 30 that his company had supplied 5.46 bcm of Russian natural gas worth over US$1 billion to Donbas by that time.
