Ukraine's Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan has announced that a national low-cost air carrier may launch services as early as December 2017, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
"Check out news [launch of the national air carrier] in December. There will be some good [news]," the minister said.

In November 2017, the minister stated that three more European low-cost airlines would enter the Ukrainian market the following year.
