Ukraine's State Treasury has reported that the national budget in January-October 2017 was fulfilled with a surplus of UAH 1.4 billion, or US$52 million against a deficit worth UAH 60.3 billion, or US$2.25 billion, year-over-year.
The deficit of the national budget's general fund was UAH 26.3 billion, or US$980 million, while the surplus of the special fund was estimated at UAH 27.7 billion, or US$1.03 billion.

The amended national budget of Ukraine for 2017 envisages UAH 771 billion, or US$28.74 billion, in revenue and UAH 841 billion, or US$31.35 billion, in outlays. The deficit is limited to UAH 77.5 billion (US$2.89 billion), or 3% of GDP.
