Costs of construction and assembly services in Ukraine rose by 12.9% in January-October 2017 year-over-year (y-o-y), according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
Costs of construction and assembly of commercial buildings and civil engineering facilities increased most of all, by 14.2% and by 16.4%, respectively. The lowest increase was recorded in the construction of complex industrial facilities, by 10.3%, it said.

In October 2017, the highest increase in construction and assembly costs was recorded in the construction of transport facilities, by 2%.
The State Statistics Service said that the data excluded reports from temporarily occupied areas in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, as well as the Anti-Terrorist Operation zone in the east of Ukraine.
As UNIAN reported earlier, construction and assembly costs in Ukraine rose by 9.2% in 2016 against 2015.
