Groysman considers problem lack of preferences for Ukrainian producers in ProZorro

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman considers a problem the lack of preferences for Ukrainian producers in the ProZorro public e-procurement system.

"I emphasize that there are no direct advantages in the ProZorro system and this is a big problem, since I believe that the products made in our territory should receive an advantage with equal qualitative indicators," he said during a meeting with the regional media.
