Ukraine's hryvnia weakens to UAH 28.35 to dollar Jan 10

Quotations of the Ukrainian hryvnia against the U.S. dollar on the interbank forex market on Wednesday, January 10, were set at UAH 28.32/28.35 per dollar, having weakened by 7 kopecks from the start of trading.

Hryvnia quotes against the euro were UAH 33.82/33.86 and those against the Russian ruble were UAH 0.4975/0.4984, a dealer of a commercial bank told UNIAN.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 12:00 was UAH 28.3250 to the dollar, with 190 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $86.42 million.
