Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says the country's external debt accounts for 83% of GDP.
"Now the external debt of Ukraine's economy is 83%," he told Forbes Georgian.
At the same time, the head of government stressed that Ukraine intended to continue cooperation with the International Monetary Fund and implementation of required reforms.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2018 plans to borrow UAH 91.2 billion ($3.2 billion) at an average weighted rate of 9% per annum.
