Ukraine ranks 49th in Inclusive Development Index 2018

Ukraine has ranked 49th out of 74 developing countries according to the Inclusive Development Index (IDI) 2018, which estimates the extent of the positive effects of economic growth on all segments of the population.

The annual survey is published on the official website of the World Economic Forum in Davos (Switzerland).

According to the study, the inclusive economic development in Ukraine has decreased by 6.8% over the past five years, which reflects a decrease in the number of people who are actually included in the process of economic growth and who benefit from it.

Norway, Iceland, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Denmark formed the TOP-5 among the developed economies.
