Retail trade in Ukraine grew by 8.8% in 2017 against 2016, according to the Ukrainian State Statistics Service's website.
Retail turnover increased most in Zakarpattia, Odesa, Lviv, Cherkasy, Kyiv, and Vinnytsia regions – by 17.2%, 14.1%, 13.5%, 12.3%, 11.7%, and 11%, respectively.
Retail trade in December 2017 alone rose by 22.2% against November 2017, while it grew by 16.1% from December 2016.

As UNIAN reported earlier, in 2016, retail trade in Ukraine rose by 3.7% from 2015 (in comparable prices), to UAH 1.159 trillion (US$40.1 billion).
