Currency exchange booths in Kyiv on Wednesday, January 24, sold U.S. dollars for UAH 28.85 to the dollar and euros were sold for UAH 35.40 to the euro.
Meanwhile, forex booths bought the dollar for UAH 28.65 and the euro -- for UAH 35.10, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
The day before, on January 23, they sold the dollar for UAH 28.90 and the euro --for UAH 35.40.

Interbank rates against the euro were at UAH 35.62/35.66 and those against the Russian ruble were at UAH 0.5094/0.5105.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) reported that the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 12:00 was UAH 28.8886 to the dollar, with 186 deals concluded by that time to the tune of $97.48 million in total.
