Ukraine’s balance of foreign trade in goods and services in 2017 saw a deficit at $6.848 billion, which is 25.2% more than the deficit recorded in 2016.
The figure includes the year's deficit of foreign trade in goods which grew 31.9%, up to $9.158 billion, as reported on the website of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The surplus of foreign trade in services increased 1.6 times, up to $2,310 billion, the report reads.

At the same time, according to the NBU data, the balance of foreign trade in goods and services in 2016 was reduced to a deficit of $5.581 billion.
