Ukraine eases registration as individual entrepreneurs for foreigners

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine allowed foreign nationals to register as individual entrepreneurs.

Another rudimentary regulatory barrier has gone down in history, Head of the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO), Oleksiy Honcharuk, wrote on Facebook.

"Now foreigners can register in Ukraine as individual entrepreneurs without a residence permit," he wrote. According to the expert, while analyzing the regulation of the software development market, the BRDO learned about this problem the IT companies faced.

As UNIAN reported earlier, as of January 30, almost 1.8 million individual entrepreneurs were registered in Ukraine.
