Ukraine's balance of payments for March 2020 was reduced with a deficit of $1.778 billion, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
That's against a $645 million surplus a year earlier, the report reads.
The current account deficit for the reporting period amounted to $389 million, preliminary data show, which is 1.4 times lower against last year when the deficit stood at $526 million.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine's balance of payments for 2019 saw a surplus of $5.971 billion, which is double the figure recorded a year earlier, while surplus was reported for the fifth consecutive year.
