Imports of passenger cars into Ukraine in January-May 2020 were estimated at US$1.21 billion.
Most of the cars were imported from the United States (US$268.3 million), according to the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

Japan ranked second with cars sold to the tune of US$228.7 million.
Germany became third with US$200.2 million.
The State Customs Service also added that Ukraine in the first five months of 2020 exported cars to the tune of US$1.74 million. Most of locally produced cars were shipped to Canada, Germany, and Kenya.
As UNIAN reported earlier, imports of passenger cars into Ukraine in 2019 were estimated at US$3.6 billion.
