The national currency against the dollar remained at the level of the previous day.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at UAH 28.11 per U.S. dollar, thus, the national currency against the dollar remained at the level of the previous day.
The official forex rate against the euro for Wednesday is fixed at UAH 33.40 per euro – the hryvnia lost 16 kopiykas in value since Tuesday, according to the NBU website.
The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for November 18:
US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,810.67 (UAH 2,811.20 as of November 17);
EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,339.64 (UAH 3,324.10 as of November 17).
By 16:00 Kyiv time on November 17, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market settled at UAH 28.13/28.15 to the dollar, while those against the euro were at UAH 33.42/33.44.
The National Bank set the official forex rate for November 17 at UAH 28.11 to the U.S. dollar, thus strengthening the country's national currency by one kopiyka.
