The national currency against the dollar remained at the level of the previous day.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for Friday, October 23, 2020, at UAH 28.27 per U.S. dollar, thus, the national currency against the dollar remained at the level of the previous day.
The official forex rate against the euro for Friday is fixed at UAH 33.41 per euro – the hryvnia gained 12 kopiykas in value since Thursday, according to the NBU website.
The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for October 23:
By 16:00 Kyiv time on October 22, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market settled at UAH 28.28/28.29 to the dollar, while those against the euro were at UAH 33.44/33.46.
The National Bank set the official forex rate for October 22 at UAH 28.27 to the U.S. dollar, thus strengthening the country's national currency by 10 kopiykas.
