Hryvnia weakens to U.S. dollar on Nov 19

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for November 19 at UAH 28.13 to the U.S. dollar, which made the country's national currency weaken by two kopiykas.

The official forex rate against the euro for Thursday is fixed at UAH 33.36 per euro – the hryvnia gained four kopiykas in value since Wednesday, according to the NBU website.

The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for November 19:

• US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,813.00 (UAH 2,810.67 as of November 18);
• EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,336.08 (UAH 3,339.64 as of November 18).

Interbank rate

By 16:00 Kyiv time on November 18, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market settled at UAH 28.13/28.15 to the dollar, while those against the euro were at UAH 33.39/33.41.
