Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov has said the ministry plans to transfer all public services online in three years, as well as develop the infrastructure required.

"We seek to transfer all public services online within three years. If there's no certain public service available online, it won't exist at all," he told one of Ukrainian TV channels.

Fedorov reiterated plans to train six million Ukrainians in digital literacy, also within three years.

"Our second goal is to train six million Ukrainians in basic digital literacy so that people can use the technology to its full potential," he said.

Fedorov also highlighted the development of Internet communications as the third key goal of the ministry.

"Our third goal is to cover the whole country, up to 95%, with the Internet. The digital economy cannot develop if there is no Internet," he said.

Fedorov added that now the penetration rate of high-speed Internet in Ukraine is about 80%.

The fourth goal is the development of IT business, he said.

"Our fourth goal is to increase the share of the IT industry to 10% of GDP," he said.
