"People have run out of money," the official says.
Head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council in Ukraine, Sviatoslav Oliynyk has declared the need to resume work of small businesses amid quarantine restrictions.
"Small businesses should reopen as quickly as possible. People ran out of money due to quarantine," the council's press service reported via Telegram.

According to Oliynyk, the format of work will be determined, taking into account compliance with sanitary restrictions.
"We will determine a mode of operation that could be compatible with quarantine regime – social distancing in retail premises, personal protective equipment, etc.," he said.
