Sales of electric vehicles in Ukraine in April 2020 shrank by 92.9% year-over-year (y-o-y), to 38.

All zero-emission cars registered in April were new, according to the Ukrautoprom Association's press service.

The market declined drastically over the nationwide lockdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic, while registration offices suspended services for used car sales operations. Noteworthy, electric cars with mileage have always made up the lion's share of the Ukrainian electric car market.
