Ukrainian Minister for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture Ihor Petrashko says the ministry forecasts that the country's harvest of grain and legumes will reach 68 million tonnes in 2020.

"Initially, based on last year's figures, when there was 78 million tonnes of grain, we projected 72 million tonnes in early April. Now, given that the wheat harvesting campaign is over, that of sunflower is coming to an end, while the maize harvesting campaign is starting, we, unfortunately, worsened the forecasts to 68 million tonnes," he said on September 22.
