The rate against the euro is fixed at UAH 34.01.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for January 18 at UAH 28.05 to the U.S. dollar.
Thus, the country's national currency remained unchanged compared to the previous day, January 16, when the official rate was set at UAH 28.0524 per U.S. dollar, the NBU reports.

Official forex rate
The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for January 18:
US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,805.24 (UAH 2,805.24 as of January 16);
EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,401.21 (UAH 3,401.21 as of January 16).
Currency in Kyiv's exchange booths
The U.S. dollar in Kyiv's currency exchange booths strengthened against the hryvnia, Ukraine's national currency, as the forex rate changed by five kopiykas to UAH 28.30 on the morning of Monday, January 18.
The euro lost in value against the hryvnia, as the rate changed by five kopiykas to UAH 34.25 per euro, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
Meanwhile, the U.S. dollar was sold for UAH 28.05 on average, while the euro for UAH 33.70 on January 18.
The National Bank set the official forex rate for January 16 at UAH 28.05 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by one kopiyka.
