The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for August 27 at UAH 27.39 to the U.S. dollar, strengthening the national currency by four kopiykas.

Regulator's rate
The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for August 27:
US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,738.60 (UAH 2,743.83 as of August 26);
EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,228.12 (UAH 3,240.87 as of August 26).
Interbank rate
By 16:00 Kyiv time on August 26, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market settled at UAH 27.45/27.47 to the dollar, while those against the euro were at UAH 32.33/32.35.
Forex rate for August 26
The National Bank set the official forex rate for August 26 at UAH 27.44 to the U.S. dollar, which made the country's national currency weaken by five kopiykas.
