Hryvnia weakens to U.S. dollar on Sept 21

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for September 21 at UAH 28.17 to the U.S. dollar, which made the country's national currency weaken by six kopiykas.

Regulator's rate

The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for September 21:

US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,817.18 (UAH 2,811.27 as of September 18);

EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,334.56 (UAH 3,317.44 as of September 18).

Interbank rate

By 16:00 Kyiv time on September 18, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market settled at UAH 28.18/28.20 to the dollar, while those against the euro were at UAH 33.39/33.41.

Forex rate for September 18

The National Bank set the official forex rate for September 18 at UAH 28.11 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by one kopiyka.
