The official forex rate against the euro for Friday is fixed at UAH 28.79 per euro.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on May 14 set the official forex rate of the hryvnia for Friday, May 15, at UAH 26.68 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by one kopiyka.
The official forex rate against the euro for Friday is fixed at UAH 28.79 per euro – the hryvnia also gained 24 kopiykas in value since Thursday.

On May 14, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 26.67/26.69 to the dollar, while those against the euro – at UAH 28.76/28.78.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the National Bank set the official forex rate for Thursday, May 14, at UAH 26.69 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by 11 kopiykas.
Thus, the hryvnia had seen gains against the U.S. dollar for the second consecutive day.
