Hryvnia weakens to UAH 27.66 to U.S. dollar on July 22

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on July 21 set the official forex rate for July 22 at UAH 27.66 to the U.S. dollar, which made the country's national currency weaken by six kopiykas.

The hryvnia has seen losses in value against the U.S. dollar for the third consecutive day, according to the NBU website.

The official forex rate against the euro for Wednesday is fixed at UAH 31.67 per euro – the hryvnia lost eight kopiykas in value since Tuesday.

The regulator's forex rate

The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for July 22:

US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,766.47 (UAH 2,760.11 as of July 21);

EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,167.19 (UAH 3,159.08 as of July 21).

As UNIAN reported earlier, the NBU set the official forex rate for July 21 at UAH 27.60 to the U.S. dollar, which made the country's national currency weaken by 24 kopiykas.
