Directors of Engineering and CTOs receive the highest wages.
Salaries of DevOps specialists in Ukraine has significantly increased, from US$2,400 to US$2,800, over the past six months.
That is according to a survey as regards salaries of PMs, HRs, DevOps, Data Science, and other IT specialists, conducted by Dou.ua.
All salaries are after-tax, indicated in U.S. dollars at the interbank rate.
With regard to major categories of specialists, their salaries have changed slightly over the past six months, that is, within US$100, except for business analysts, whose wages shrank by US$200.

Directors of Engineering and CTOs receive the highest monthly salaries in the industry, namely US$6,200 and US$5,000, respectively, while HTML Coders get the lowest ones (US$650).
For the first time in a salary survey, the position of Delivery Manager was ranked.
Average salaries for this position are US$4,250, while Delivery Manager's salaries are slightly higher in the capital city of Kyiv (US$4,500) against the lowest ones (US$3,500) registered in Lviv.
Employees with up to a 12-month experience, namely PMs, BAs, and DevOps, enjoy the highest salaries, that is, US$750, US$700, and US$600, respectively.

Unemployment in Ukraine
As of January 1, 2021, some 459,000 Ukrainians had been registered with the State Employment Service. Yet, females account for 56%, while males – 44% of those unemployed.
On January 21, 2021, it was reported that the Ministry for Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture jointly with the State Employment Service and the Digital Transformation Ministry would arrange IT specialties training for unemployed in Kyiv as part of an experiment.
