Both countries are about to lift the coronavirus-related curbs.
Ukraine and Turkey have agreed to begin procedures to re-launch flights and resume tourist trips.
The agreements were reached at a meeting between Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vasyl Bodnar and Turkish Ambassador to Ukraine Yağmur Ahmet Güldere, Ukraine's Foreign Ministry said in a statement on May 25.

Special attention was paid to the implementation of the agreements reached during the official visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to Ukraine on February 3, 2020, on large-scale infrastructure and housing construction projects in Kherson region for internally displaced persons who left Russia-occupied Crimea.
The diplomats agreed to intensify the existing consultative mechanisms at the level of the Foreign Ministries and other relevant departments of Ukraine and Turkey and to ensure proper preparations for the next meeting of the Joint Economic Commission. They will also begin planning the exchange of visits for the period after the quarantine.
In addition, Bodnar expressed gratitude to the Turkish side for humanitarian assistance in countering the spread of the coronavirus in Ukraine and in overcoming its consequences, which is a clear manifestation of the strategic partnership between the two states.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Turkey on May 18 began negotiations with 70 countries on resuming tourism services.
