Mylovanov appointed freelance advisor to President's Office chief

Mylovanov heads the Kyiv School of Economics.

Former Minister for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture Tymofiy Mylovanov has been appointed as a freelance advisor to the chief of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.

That's according to a report published on the president's website.

"I hope that my expertise will be useful to the Ukrainian leadership," Mylovanov said.

  • Mylovanov is President of the Kyiv School of Economics, Professor at the University of Pittsburgh.
  • On July 7, 2016, the Verkhovna Rada voted Mylovanov in to the Council of the National Bank. Since October 2016, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Council.
  • In the government led by Oleksiy Honcharuk – from August 2019 to March 2020 – Mylovanov headed the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture.
