Citrus retailer denies Korban's acquisition of company's stake

On March 1, 2021, media reported Korban had become the owner of a 50% stake in LLC ZT-Invest.

Representatives of the Ukraine-based Citrus online retail service, engaged in sales of gadgets and accessories, have denied reports that Ukrainian businessman Hennadiy Korban became its co-owner.

However, certain minor trademarks are indeed owned by ZT-Invest. But this has no effect on the company's operating activities, it added.

"The procedure for acquiring a stake in ZT-Invest was carried out in secret, in violation of legal procedures. The appeal was filed with the courts on March 2, 2021," the press service said.
