Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Vladyslav Kriklii, says the relaunch of urban and intercity public passenger transport would only be possible after the May holidays.

Speaking at "Snidanok z 1+1" morning TV show, Kryklii said: "There will definitely be some kind of resumption [of public transportation], but only after the May holidays, because these May holidays are yet another challenge, and perhaps an even bigger one than Easter because there are more days off."

He has recalled that the national quarantine has been extended until May 11 but public transportation "could be resumed somewhere starting May 12, or at least we could talk about it or plan it," the minister said.
