Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko has said subways in Ukraine (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro) will be opened last of all transport modes.

"The subways will be opened last. Look, Ukraine does not end in Kyiv, and we have subways in three cities... As soon as the quarantine measures are eased, we will gradually open the transport. But enterprises, if they want to work, need to organize themselves and deliver people. Many enterprises are doing like this now. Most people go by taxi," he told Liga.net in an interview.
Tymoshenko added it would be difficult to control the compliance with a safe distance by passengers in the subways.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said the resumption of subway traffic in the capital city would depend on a relevant resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
