Two-room apartments on the secondary market rose in price the most.
Housing prices in Ukraine in January-March 2021 (Q1) increased by 11.4% year-over-year (y-o-y).
In particular, prices of apartments on the primary real estate market rose by 9.8%, while those on the secondary market were up by 12.4%, the Ukrainian State Statistics Service said on its website on April 20.
Prices of one-room, two-room, and three-room apartments on the primary market grew by 10.8%, 7.9%, and 11.7%, respectively.
At the same time, the said apartments rose in price by 12.3%, 13.1%, and 11.8%, respectively on the secondary real estate market.

The State Statistics Service said the report does not include data from Russian-occupied areas in Crimea, Sevastopol and parts of Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
Background
Prices of housing in Ukraine in 2020 grew by 8.8% against 2019. In particular, prices on the primary real estate market increased by 6.9%, while those on the secondary one – by 9.8%.
