Funds in Ukrainian Treasury's account shrink by 53.4% as of Oct 1

The balance in the single account as of October 1, 2020, was 65.5% down from the figure posted on October 1, 2019.

The balance of funds in the single account of Ukraine's State Treasury Service was estimated at UAH 21.28 billion (US$751.7 million) as of October 1, 2020, which was 53.4% down from UAH 45.66 billion (US$1.6 billion) recorded as of September 1, 2020.

"The balance in the single account as of October 1, 2020, was 65.5% down from UAH 61.62 billion [US$2.2 billion] posted on October 1, 2019, whereas it was 21% up from UAH 17.55 billion [US$619.9 million] reported on January 1, 2020," the State Treasury Service said on its website.

The balance of funds on the single account of the State Treasury Service amounted to UAH 17.547 billion (US$620 million) as of January 1, 2020, which was 66.7% down from the figure recorded as of December 1, 2019, but 1.8 times up from the year-start.
