Ukrainian Health Minister Maksym Stepanov has said the issue of allowing the holding of mass events, including concerts, amid a nationwide quarantine, which was introduced in Ukraine over the novel COVID-19 coronavirus spread, will be considered closer to June 22.
"Based on our epidemic situation and according to our resolution on quarantine in the country, which has been extended until June 22, mass events are not provided for at the stages that we have as of today, or at the [next] stage that will start from June 1 or after June 10," he told a briefing on May 25, as reported by UNIAN correspondent.

Closer to June 22, authorities will consider when and how it is possible to once again allow holding major events. They will also draw the relevant regulations.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the subway was allowed to reopen in Kyiv and Kharkiv on May 25.
