Ukraine's hryvnia continues strengthening, set at UAH 26.80 to U.S. dollar on June 3

The official forex rate against the euro for Wednesday is fixed at UAH 29.92 per euro.

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for June 3 at UAH 26.80 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by two kopiykas.

The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for June 3:

US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,679.55 (UAH 2,681.81 as of June 2);

EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 2,991.85 (UAH 2,980.43 as of June 2).

By 17:00 Kyiv time on June 2, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market settled at UAH 26.79/26.81 to the dollar, while those against the euro were at UAH 29.96/29.98.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the National Bank set the official forex rate of the hryvnia for Tuesday, June 2, at UAH 26.82 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by five kopiykas.
