The official forex rate against the euro for Friday is fixed at UAH 28.91 per euro.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on May 7 set the official forex rate of the hryvnia for Friday, May 8, at UAH 26.82 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by 11 kopiykas.

The hryvnia has seen gains in value against the U.S. dollar for the second consecutive day, according to the NBU website.
The official forex rate against the euro for Friday is fixed at UAH 28.91 per euro – the hryvnia also gained 19 kopiykas in value since Thursday.
The National Bank set the official forex rate for May 7 at UAH 26.93 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by five kopiykas.
