Ukraine's hryvnia slides to UAH 26.64 to U.S. dollar on June 10

The official forex rate against the euro for Wednesday is fixed at UAH 30.09 per euro.

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for June 10 at UAH 26.64 to the U.S. dollar, which made the country's national currency weaken by four kopiykas.

The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for June 10:

US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,664.12 (UAH 2,660.05 as of June 9);

EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,008.72 (UAH 3,014.77 as of June 9).

By 16:00 Kyiv time on June 9, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market settled at UAH 26.64/26.66 to the dollar, while those against the euro were at UAH 30.10/30.12.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the National Bank set the official forex rate of the hryvnia for Tuesday, June 9, at UAH 26.60 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by 10 kopiykas. Thus, the hryvnia saw gains against the U.S. dollar for the seventh consecutive day.
