Hryvnia strengthens to UAH 26.60 to U.S. dollar on June 12

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for June 12 at UAH 26.60 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country's national currency strengthen by four kopiykas.

The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for June 12:

US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,659.99 (UAH 2,663.67 as of June 11);

EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,017.23 (UAH 3,028.59 as of June 11).

By 16:00 Kyiv time on June 11, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market settled at UAH 26.63/26.66 to the dollar, while those against the euro were at UAH 30.25/30.28.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the National Bank on June 10 set the official forex rate for June 11 at UAH 26.64 to the U.S. dollar, having kept the rate at the same level.
