The PM says this is one of the conditions for the second disbursement.
Ukraine's government plans to disband the country's State Fiscal Service by the end of the current year.
"This is one of the benchmarks for the second disbursement [of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine]. This is actually a condition for the second disbursement," Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said during his visit to Brussels, according to the RBC Ukraine news agency.

The government earlier said that the State Fiscal Service would be split into two agencies – the state customs service and the state fax service.
"By the end of the year, we must approve the concept of reforming the state tax service," the prime minister added.
He explained that the second tranche was expected under the fifth macro-financial assistance program for Ukraine.
"Our ideology is that it should be an intelligence agency [to succeed the State Fiscal Service]. Not a law-enforcement but an intelligence one. That is, an agency that will have access to databases, resources, which will intelligently search for financial violations, identify them and inform the appropriate authority," Shmyhal said.
