Vodafone Ukraine, one of Ukraine's leading mobile communications operator, says its voice services are partially unavailable in a number of cities.
"Over the hour, voice services may not be available in certain cities. We have unforeseen technical problems, but we are already working on their operational solution. Now the problem relates directly to voice services, the Internet network operates as usual. Therefore, for now, we ask you to use instant messengers and other means of communication," the company said on Facebook on May 29.
