Brawl erupts outside Kyiv court as judges hear case of police chiefs obstructing EuroMaidan

As the judges of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv were set to decide on the restrictive measure against top police officials of the Yanukovych times who are suspected of obstructing EuroMaidan protesters, supporters of the accused officers got into a skirmish with activists who demanded that the suspects be taken into custody.

As a result of the brawl, at least two supporters of the tried officers were injured and later admitted at a local hospital, Hromadske reported.

As UNIAN reported earlier, three former high-ranking employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Babych, Anatoly Seredynsky and Serhiy Pohotov were suspected of obstructing the EuroMaidan protests.
