Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk is categorically opposed to dissolving the parliament.
According to his words, he is an opponent of dissolving the parliament not only because he heads the VR, but also because “it will not change the political construction of the Ukrainian parliament”. “We will again have fun with two or three votes again", he noted.
A.Yatsenyuk underlined that talks on solving the situation in parliament were disrupted today due to unknown reasons. “I would not say that all means and methods were absolutely exhausted, but the majority of them was left in the past”, noted A. Yatsenyuk.
He reminded that they used the following methods to tackle the situation in parliament: holding round tables, elaborating documents to unblock the situation, agreeing the text of a common resolution and the text of a protocol on mutual understanding.
