The rostrum and presidium of the Verkhovna Rada are again blocked by Party of Regions faction members.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, the governmental box is also blocked and the chair of VR Speaker Arseniy Yatsenyuk is again occupied by MP Oleksiy Zhuravko (Party of Regions faction).
There are balloons and flags in the session hall. Some parliament members are reading newspapers.
