Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said he expects that the European Union at the Riga Summit in May 2015 will cancel its requirements that Ukrainian citizens obtain a vise to visit the countries of the union.
"A decision on a visa-free regime between Ukrainian citizens and the European Union countries has to be taken at the Riga Summit in May," Poroshenko said on Tuesday during his speech in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, according to an UNIAN correspondent
As UNIAN reported earlier, an EU Eastern partnership summit is scheduled for May 2015 in Riga.
